You’ve just unlocked a powerful system to manage your contacts, conversations, appointments, and opportunities.
In this video, you’ll be guided through every aspect of your new CRM, starting with how to log in and complete two factor authentication, then exploring your customizable dashboard and date filters. You’ll see how to navigate the sidebar menu to access conversations and learn how to send and manage messages, snippets, and templates.
Next, you’ll dive into the calendar, where you can view and book appointments in both calendar and list formats, set availability, and customize notifications. You’ll then explore contacts and discover how to add, search, and manage contact records, followed by a walkthrough of opportunity pipelines, including how to move deals through stages and create new pipelines.
Finally, you’ll review the settings area to update your business and personal profiles, manage billing and staff permissions, and configure tags. By the end, you’ll have a complete understanding of how to use each CRM component to streamline your workflow.
