BAYKT Snacks

I Rebuilt a CPG Brand From Packaging to Pipeline

At BAYKT Snacks, the product had traction and a loyal early audience. But behind the scenes, the systems, messaging, and visuals needed real structure. There was a website, but it wasn’t working. There was packaging, but it didn’t tell the story. There was marketing potential, but no setup to capture or convert interest.

When I stepped in, I didn’t just tidy things up. I rebuilt the brand’s infrastructure from the ground up while preserving the founder’s vision. That meant reworking the digital experience, rebranding the packaging, establishing a CRM flow, handling compliance research, and giving the team tools to work smarter without adding headcount.

What Got Built and Why It Mattered

  • Requested admin access to both GoHighLevel and the website, cleaned out unnecessary plugins, added essential ones, and rebuilt the site on WordPress from scratch
  • Wireframed the new website layout, generated fresh copy for each page, integrated CRM forms, built new offer pages, and launched the welcome and event email automations
  • Designed two complete rebrand directions, three full package styles, and one print-ready pouch dieline with updated product naming, logo, story, and layout

The packaging needed more than a refresh. I updated it based on detailed call notes, rewrote the product story for the back panel, and made sure all design files were ready for production. I also confirmed pouch sizing, sourced secure storage for inventory, created stickers for transitional bags, and designed a gift package for event distribution.

I Created the Visual Identity and the System Behind It

This wasn’t just a design project. It was brand architecture. I compiled FDA dietary claims, researched third-party certification requirements, and studied packaging layout guidelines to make sure the rebrand didn’t just look good but was legally sound.

I designed coupon flyers with QR codes that linked to new website offer pages, created a full media kit with brand files and onboarding docs, and built the content plan that the founder could roll out across social media and email. I also updated all profile images, banners, and templates across social platforms.

Nothing got left half-finished. Everything was connected.

Digital, Physical, and Sales All Synced

  • Added a third SKU to support old packaging sales
  • Adjusted pricing and updated offer copy on the site
  • Connected Square and Google tools to the website
  • Synced WooCommerce with GoHighLevel
  • Created business cards and contact materials with updated brand info
  • Imported and segmented contact lists into the CRM
  • Trained the founder on social templates with recorded walkthroughs
  • Added a popup on the homepage for returning visitors referencing the original logo

Each step was intentional. It either made the customer journey smoother or made the team’s workload lighter.

I Freed Up the Founder to Focus on the Business

Task CompletedDirect Outcome for Founder
Website rebuilt and restructuredSite traffic led to clearer conversions
CRM and automation setupCustomer communication ran without oversight
Packaging fully redesignedProduct looked ready for retail and wholesale
Claims and compliance researchedBrand stayed within legal marketing boundaries
Social and content assets createdConsistent outreach without extra time spent
Offers, pricing, and SKUs managedSales made sense across all platforms

Every week I handled updates, shared files, led check-ins, and moved projects forward. The founder didn’t have to manage vendors, interpret design feedback, or troubleshoot plugins. She stayed focused on growth while I made sure the machine kept running.

What I Delivered Made the Brand Ready to Scale

This wasn’t about surface-level branding. It was execution across every piece of the puzzle. I didn’t just create assets. I created a repeatable flow.

She got:

  • A modern website that worked
  • Compliant, production-ready packaging
  • A CRM that captured leads and followed up
  • Content tools for repeat engagement
  • A media kit ready for PR and partnerships
  • Visuals, materials, and messaging that matched

Every task on that list? Done. Every system? Live. Every piece? Connected.

The brand now speaks clearly and converts better. The backend is organized. The customer experience is smoother.

And most importantly, the founder didn’t have to do it herself.
