2. Free Trial and Subscription

Free Trial:

We offer a free 30-day trial that provides full access to the Service. No payment is required during the trial period. You may cancel anytime during the trial.

Subscription:

After the trial period, continued access requires an active subscription at $20 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Fair Use Policy and Account Limits

Our Service is designed for small business use. Regular use includes generating up to one (1) article per day on average, or approximately 30 articles per month.

Excessive or automated use may be classified as agency-level or enterprise-level activity and is not permitted under standard accounts.

If your usage exceeds these limits, we may:

  • Contact you to discuss an upgraded plan suitable for agency or enterprise needs, or
  • Suspend or terminate your account due to overuse or abuse of the Service.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes fair or excessive use at our sole discretion.

4. Ownership and Use of Generated Content

You retain full ownership of the content you generate, provided that your use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your generated content does not:

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs before publication.

Claims regarding SEO optimization or AI detection performance (such as “passes Scribbr’s AI detector as 100% human”) are based on typical results observed during testing. Individual results may vary depending on context, keyword, or detector algorithm updates. We do not guarantee specific ranking or detection outcomes.

9. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems. Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed, except where required by law.

If a billing issue occurs, please contact support@seventreemedia.com within 7 days of the charge.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse. You may also terminate your account at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, all rights to access the Service will cease.
